anyone know a good cure for a bad mood?

    Good food (read: chocolate, doritos, icecream, anything bad for you)
    A favorite movie
    A nap
    A good book
    Indulgent TV or internet surfing
    A hot shower
    Sometimes all it takes is a new day.

  2. Thanks. New days are usually what it takes for me I am realizing. And water color/art journaling definitely will add that to the list. I think my body just went 'gee amanda you have been wayyy too happy for the past several months so it's time to hulk out' good times.
